wonderful experience It was a wonderful experience for me buying my new 2015 Highlander. The entire buying process was seamless. All the staff are very friendly and cooperative. Rob went extra miles by helping me in selection process, introducing and guiding me through the car's features and functions and a smooth handing over. Haneen Halabi Haneen has done a terrific job within the service department handling the needs and cares of customer requests. She's been nothing but honest and courteous with all concerns and goes out of her way to ensure things are taken of in a prompt manner. It's getting to the point where I specifically ask for her when I call in for a specific matter. Great job HH!

2015 Highlander I had a great experience buying my Highlander at Kingsway Toyota. I felt they were honest and were great about responding to my many questions quickly. Ron work hard to get the deal completed over the Christmas holidays and I really appreciate the effort he put in. I plan on recommending them to my friends.

Service Experience In March 2013, we had an appointment to service our 4Runner. We told them we needed it done by 1PM, because we are from out of town and had to be somewhere right after. We were disappointed to come back to the dealership at 1PM and see that our 4Runner was not serviced yet, so we took it and left. We rescheduled an appointment for the next day.
