So friendly and a great Toyota Team! Haneen is always willing to help me with me Tacoma and she is very flexible with appointments. She always seems like she is one step ahead of me. LOL She knows what I want and how I like to be treated. Haneen knows the true meaning of "AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!" because she demonstrates it every time I see her.
