Owned 4 Lexus Cars A Tony Graham customer since 1993. All regular (and a handful of warranty) service is very well done. I have never sensed unnecessary work being done. On several occasions they have gone well beyond what is required to keep me happy. Two warranty jobs done without the slightest complaint. Staff know their product extremely well. A key reason I still buy this product.

Great service; pre-qualifying condescending sales people Over the 2 years that I had my Lexus with Tony Graham I had no complaints about their service. After dealing with Thanh Trinh a sales representative at their latest "invite only" special sales event; I with the assistance of Thanh physically walking me to the door, immediately crossed town and unloaded my ES 300h. He was very knowledgable about their product and he was right; I am much happier with my brand new car (no longer with Lexus.)
