Shocking Wonderfulness! Every time I visit here to get servicing done or just to browse the latest models on site, I become more impressed. They take me to work, pick me up, wash my vehicle, treat me with respect and that goes for EVERYONE at this dealership. Since my last visit I had to return and get my Tacoma detailed. Something came up regarding a prior visit where I was facing an unexpected charge for an unexpected issue. Long story short --- Guy told me, "I have good news for you Lyle, there is NO charge". Thank you Nick and Stricklands. I sent an online inquiry to Stricklands regarding a used vehicle I was interested in that they had on their lot. fantastic customer service I recently took my 2015 Corolla to Stratford Toyota for a scheduled oil change. As always I was very impressed with the courteous and timely service. The waiting area is comfortable for those who choose to wait while their vehicle is being serviced.

These guys ensure you're 100% satisfied I came from Hamilton to Strickland's Stratford lot to look at their selection of newer model Mazda 3's as they had both lower prices and a larger selection than any of the dealers closer to me. Damion was my salesperson and always made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Mike and Darryl also helped me out in keeping me satisfied with my vehicle. The longer trip was definitely worth it and I would recommend Strickland's to anyone willing to make the drive out there.

Great group of people From the moment I stepped on the lot and was greeted by Tony Lamond to doing paper work with Josh Bes,i felt as though there was never a moment of pressure in purchasing my vehicle at Stricklands Stratford.
