I had contacted chris vanwiechen at st. Catharines nissan as I was in need of a safe, reliable and newer vehicle than the one I currently had. I had concerns and certainly times of feeling uncertain buying a new vehicle especially during this time (dealing with the covid virus). Despite the difficult times in which I purchased my vehicle Christopher was able to make my buying experience relatively easy. There were a few minor miscommunications due to not being able to meet in person but Christopher was quite helpful and very pleasant to communicate with. So far I am very satisfied with my new car and I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to any friends or family looking to finance a new vehicle.

This was my first purchase at a dealership and things couldn't have gone any better. Chris was able to get me a car very fast with literally only one day to do it before the country shut down due to covid 19. Friendly and quick Great experience. Didn't catch coronavirus. Can't complain. They also gave us a gift basket full of chocolate and little packets of drink powder.
