I worked with sales rep Barkatt and finance manager Krista. I found them to be both sincere and very helpful. I liked the fact that they told me step by step what would happen and what was expected of me to get things ready as well. I had time to actually make a decision, veiwing other vehicles at other dealerships, but yet stayed in contact with Barkatt over a couple weeks as well, I didn't feel pressured into the sale
