It was amazing both Kevin And Dave madd the experience amazing made us feel welvome they took the time to look after all our wants and needs
Chris Van Weaken was very cooperative working with us. He is very knowledgeable. There was a delay on getting the vehicle from Georgetown. This caused frustration for us. When the van did arrive, the mechanic was not satisfied with the vehicle. There had to be a replacement. This was outside of the St.Catharines Nissan control. All the insurance, finance paperwork gad to be redone. I realize this was outside of Chris' control. I would still recommend Chris to my friends.
I went on line and filled out a form within 2 days Christopher called me. We set up an appointment for two days later. Chris did a great job showing me everything about the car, and is a very respectful and polite person. Keep up the great work Chris! Great business!
Christopher was incredible to deal with. Came in on Wednesday to talk about vehicles and wasn't convinced we would have something. Then it all fell into place and we had a new vehicle for my family by Saturday. Christopher was amazing, definitely went above and beyond and made the whole process seamless. I had an unknown issue with my previous Altima from another Nissan dealer. Kevin and Dave did an excellent job in helping me resolve this issue.
