Phoned Silverwood on Wed. Got appt for Friday. Dropped my 1993 Previa off received shuttle to couple of stores then was picked up when vehicle was finished.
Brought my Tundra in for a 48,000 km service. Dropped truck off for the work and was taken home right away in the shuttle van back home. The work was done & and then the shuttle van came and picked me up right away again. Work on the truck done was explained to me and the results of the inspection. All the people I dealt with took the time to deal with me and explain what the inspections done resulted in.
Dropped off my 2005 Tundra for a service & inspection. Was given a shuttle ride home and vehicle left for work to be done. Fluids changed, brake work done. Was contacted after initial inspection and reviewed what was needed and cost. Work was done on vehicle. All interactions with the service department was smooth and they went out of there way to keep me updated as the work was done on the 2005 Tundra.
