Best Car Purchase Experience Ever! I recently purchased a 2014 Scion FRS from Sherwood Park Toyota after my Acura started having engine problems around the 400,000km mark. I was greeted in the parking lot in under 1 minute by Kathleen Cook. She was extremely polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about both the specific vehicle and the whole brand in general. Experience Ivan is a laid back, no-pressure salesman. One day after arriving in Edmonton for my first time, my experience with Ivan began with a test drive of a vehicle that I was interested in. I didn't like the colour of the car, so Ivan found the colour I wanted and had it ready and detailed the next day.
