Great experience. Driving by one day and thought I'd go in just to browse the 2017s. Was blessed to have one of the nicest salesman approach me. What was it about this salesman that made him nice? Excellent service and customer care. I bought my vehicle here a few months back and didn’t quite like the color I picked. I went back and inquired whether I ca trade-in my vehicle for the color I like. This is when they told me a 2017 Nissan Rogue just came 2 days ago with the color that I like. An excellent experience with friendly and accomodating staff Staff were friendly and genuinely interested in their customers. The service from the salesman and finance department was stellar and they did not think twice about accomodating us when we wanted to make changes to the vehicle we were buying. They made this experience pleasant and we would not hesitate to shop there again and we certainly reccomend this company and its staff!

Excellent service and fair pricing Just bought a used car from Sherwood Nissan, Norman was outstanding, they were fair when negotiating a price (I feel I got a good deal) negotiation process took about 15 minutes. Picked up the vehicle today, was impressed that they found a default on the final check and had ordered the part already at no cost to me. Above and Beyond Service The service staff at Sherwood Nissan are very friendly and helpful. Being a woman I sometimes find service can be daunting because I don't understand all the mechanical parts and how they work. My service advisor Merrick, was not only helpful and courteous, but he went out of his way to explain how the parts worked so I could understand. Great Experience Harry was so helpful in finding the right pathfinder for my family of five. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
