Great service experience Jeanneth was my service advisor. She was a pleasure to deal with. Straight forward no non-sense. Also spoke with the service manager Gord. I had my oil change done and they also checked out my brakes. They made recommendations for future service. There was no pressure to have work done that not required.
Parts staff truly represent true professionals. The parts staff are just a pleasure to deal with. All parts staff members are always polite and cordial and always willing to help in any way possible. I would not ever consider buying out Toyota parts from anyone other than the staff at Scarborough Toyota. Awesome job !!!
Professional, courteous salesmanship! Evangelo was very courteous and professional during our sale. We would recommend/deal with him again. He did not try to sell us something we didn't want. Accessories prepaid were not ordered until vehicle arrived at dealership which unduly lengthened our wait time but this is a dealership fault.

Great Service adviso Mr Anwar Ali, to deal with. I have owned different makes of vehicles and owned 3 Toyota vehicles from different dealers, Anwar Ali is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with, he is humble very friendly, most important listens to your problems of the vehicle and advises you the best .
