Excellent and awesome experience. I got my 2017 Rav4 this month through Lito Santiago"s help. He made it so easy like a walk in the park. Me and my wife was so happy with the car. Lito even went through showing us how the instruments or bling bling as i call it in the car before driving off the dealerdhip. A true professional and dedicated person for his work. Sergio Belcastro - Splendido Sergio was very accommodating to our needs and spent the time to get us comfortable with our purchase. Our original goal was to source a used RAV4, and Sergio was able to show us several and a few Toyota fleet vehicles that would have saved us even more money. Another positive experience Jeanneth continues to be an excellent service advisor, dealing with me in a most courteous and patient manner, in spite of the fact that things may be crazy all around her. I appreciate not only her good advice about what needs servicing, but also what can wait, or what we may not need to do on our vehicles.
