Thanks to Aziz Samnani Aziz was able to, in short order, trace a months old back order from Kentucky and assure me the problem would be dealt with as soon as I could arrange to bring my vehicle in. He was most courteous and professional in his assistance, returning with an answer within hours.

Service Appraisal I bought my 2009 Camry, brand new, at Scarborough Toyota and for most of the years since purchase I have been dealing with Jeanneth Lagman. Excellent customer service from Henry Siguenza in parts dept I have always had great customer service when it came to ordering parts. I use Scarborough Toyota for parts purchases. Henry Siguenza has always been a more than excellent help when coming to ording parts. Henry always returned phone calls or emails even when very busy sometimes which was excellent customer service and he is very easy to communicate with especially since he very knowledgeable with Toyota's. Great sales experience I have been very happy with the 2009 Camry I leased and later bought at Scarborough Toyota. The service work for the car over the years has been excellent as well. I have had the pleasure of having Jian as my sales advisor when buying the 2009 Camry and later trading in for the 2017 Camry. Jian is very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable about current trends and cares about the customer experience.
