Just bought a 2013 RAV4 from Scarborough Toyota. Picked Lito as the Sales person because of the reviews here and Ii was not disappointed. He is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. No pressure just honest and straightforward. The dealership was also well organized and did what they said they would do punctually.

Not a very honest salesman, says what he needs to say to try to get the transaction Advised that he could have a car ordered and arrived at his dealership within 90 days guaranteed, however have been advised by his colleagues and other dealerships that there is no such "guarantee" when there is no stock of that car across the province.
