Waited my order for brand new Toyota Highlander, I understand the circumstances for global shortages, but Mr Shant Kandilian was always responsive, kind and above beyond, thank you .
I visited couple of Toyota dealerships in Toronto, but to be honest because of Shant I choose Scarborough Toyota, it was really great to having our third car from him, he followed up in everything, even after delivering the car, thank you Shant and Scarborough Toyota.

I can't say enough about the above and beyond recent service I received from Shant Kandilian in the Sales Department with my Toyota Highlander. Just picked up my car and I have to say Shant Kandilian was amazing. He made sure I got everything I wanted and updated me every step of the way. Pick up was so smooth and overall everything was great because of her. By the way yes I considered other car dealerships but everyone seemed not genuine. Of course RAV4 is a great car but Shant Kandilian is the real reason I went with this particular model and this dealership...
