My experience at Scarborough Toyota was wonderful. I bought a 2025 Highlander XLE Hybrid. The car took about 7 months till I got to drive it home, which btw is a not too long compared to how long Highlanders usually take. Anyway, during the work period my product advisor, Kirolos Toma has been super helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions, texts, calls, all of it. Mansour was highly professional from the moment we met through to delivery. It was a pleasure to work with Mansour. However the post delivery experience is something entirely different; on the first drive of the car the interiors filled with toxic chemical fumes requiring us to open all of the windows mid drive and then eventually exit the vehicle ( unplanned).
