Purchased new car - Thanks Jacky! I drove into Richmond Hill Toyota on Nov 22nd with a broken dow old car. I was introduced to Jacky Chen and he helped me through the whole process of buying a new car. I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE. Wonderful Experience Our family leased Toyota Highlander this fall and received great services from Igor. When we've come to dealership, we had specific requirements in mind and Igor assisted us to choose the car which would match them perfectly. The service Igor provided was quick, efficient and problem free. Stressed-free and excellent experience I think everyone probably fears of being ripped off at dealerships as a result of pressured sales tactics, at least for me.
