AMAZING!!! This was my first time buying a new car and Mr. Li was very patient with me. He explained all features of the car very well and in detailed. He also went out of his way to pick me up from work on the day I was scheduled to pick up my new car! I was very impressed by this gesture as well as his level of knowledge and experience. An Amazing Experience Recently sent my mother her to purchase a new Rav4. Like any son wanted to insure she would be treated with care by the best. THE ABSOLUTE ULTIMATE DEALERSHIP !!!!! Buying a car is almost always a stressful proposition. Michael Stevens made it an unbelievably wonderful experience. Amazing service, Amazing Dealership!!!! We just recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Richmond Hill Toyota. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish.
