poor communication between Toyota and dealership very unhappy dealer and Toyota gave me two different stories! Chris Lovett no time to call back. Raymond At this dealership Saturday February 20th to do a test drive in a rav 4 and future buy but I was refused As they did not want the cars to go over 10,000 km and I only wanted to go around the block. Not even a drive in the parking lot or for someone to explain the SUVs interior. Very dead dealership no one looking cars only me and no one around.
unhappy I was very unhappy with our experience at Redhill Toyota. Our dogs seat belt was jammed in the buckle and they charged us $360 to replace the part and install. Plus they bent the piece that goes into the buckle and now I'm afraid to use it. They are the ones who bend the piece they should at least replace it, it wasn't that way when it went easily into the buckle.
Worst experience with a dealership ever! I had purchased a brand new Scion FRS from this dealership back in May 2014. At first my experience was great! I bought a 4 year old Toyota Highlander from this dealership and have had nothing but trouble with it. I also purchased an extended warranty which covered some of the problems I had with the car but not all. I had to fight to get the problems covered under the warranty each time I needed to use it.
