My experience at Red Hill Toyota was very positive. Scott Couper was the sales representative that was helping my boyfriend and I. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was showing us. We will definitely be back to get a second car!

Booked an appt to test drive 2019 corolla. .10mins before scheduled time I got a text telling me that the vehicle was no longer available..drove 50mins to test drive.

My daughter bought a 2014 Yaris from Ted Hill. They refused to fix a crack in her windshield that appeared as we literally drove the car home. We did not hit any debris on the way home. I called Darcy to see if they would fix it and they refused to help us out by repairing her window. I will not be back to Red Hill Toyota again. They are nice when selling you the car but after they get your money, you are on your own.

Would give 0 stars if possible.Was prepared to do a Would give 0 stars if possible. Was prepared to do a cash deal today on a new car, but the unprofessionalism and dishonesty from sales associate Dave (Dopinder) Bhogal was the sole reason Red Hill Toyota lost the sale of a new car today. If you must do business here, save yourself the trouble and avoid Dave (Dopinder) Bhopal.

Was given an apt to test drive a hybrid Le RAV4, the next day I showed up , was told the Rav4 had just been sold on that previous day….travelled one hour to test drive this suv….whoever booked my testing drive knew about it….I ended up buying a Corolla hybrid, car to be ordered, but now having some concerns about that contract…hopefully, they will promptly refund me for the deposit I left, otherwise other negative reviews are going to follow up ….

Purchased a used car from Marco. The tonneau cover bag was missing. Talked to Marko. He said it's a used car. What do I expect. He said he was going to look into getting a cover. The car I traded in had a tonneau cover & I had it opened & closed on a regular basis depending on what I was transporting. The tonneau cover versatility was very important to me. The next time I came in Marko was not there & I talked to the used car manager Jon who was very rude to me & said the same as Marko It's a used car. What do I expect. He e... read more

Showed up on time to my confirmed appointment with Jon to find he went for lunch. Sales manager thought that was ok just use the next sales agent. Nope. First commitment to meet not fulfilled I will not do business with you. Posted this comment before and it was taken down and not responded to by the dealership. Pretty poor customer experience that the dealership appears to want to bury and move on. Consider another dealer who cares about their customers.

Failed Vehicle Inspection In my previous review I praised Marco Perrelli for the service we received. Although he did talk the talk, the dealership did not walk the walk. As we are from the Province of New Brunswick and had to return our leased vehicle by early June, we purchased a used Dodge Journey from Red Hill Toyota. Very Disappointing Customer Service When I call to book a service appointment the person on the phone always seems to be in a rush and abrasive. They do not have time to answer the simplest of questions. Quite a different attitude from when they were trying to sell me a new car. Very disappointing. I guess once they have your money customer service does not matter.
