February 7, 2020. RedHill Toyota goes above and beyond!!! Pulled off QEW at Guelph Line as wipers broke and roads were wet. Driving from Grimsby, I pulled into Burlington Toyota dealership hoping someone could help me as this was a safety issue and I was unable to drive to Mississauga. I was turned away as the 2 service advisors indicated there were no mechanics in. This was at 7:30 a.m. The 2 service advisors did not even take a look at the car to see if it was a simple fix. LOVE MY NEW RAV4 Natasha made the purchase of my new vehicle go as smooth as possible. She took the time to assess my needs, work with my budget and discuss the best vehicle options for me. Enjoyable and informative experience We appreciated the attention given to us by everyone we met during our visits to red hill Toyota. From the pleasant greeting when we walked in to the salesman who took time to explain everything we asked .
