Awful experience with John Sediq, came in early 2021 looking for a Toyota Highlander, with a trade-in. Worked with Mark, and Mark worked with John to give me an offer. They gave me a poor trade-in offer, and tried to convince me I drive a non-popular vehicle that no one wants based on their proprietary search system (which I guess is standard). Worst parts person ever! Orders the completely wrong thing then talks down to you. It was no surprise when I was told she was fired from five other dealerships.
I went for engine oil change and brake fluid flush. The technician done the both job less than 30 minutes. I have no idea how he done both job less than 30 minutes. Also he make mess my driver side floor mat and gave me wrong oil & filter service inspection report paper.
I feel sorry for the owner of this dealership. I purchased two cars from this dealership back in October of 2018. I was dealing with the salesman name Kheneil Black and his manager John Sadeqzadah. During the contract negotiation with Mr.John and Mr.Kheneil , i was told by Mr.Kheneil that i was going to get free oil changes with the purchase of the car. PIckering Toyota refused to do an oil change on my Lexus I've bought a Venza from Pickering Toyota and I've now changed it to a Lexus IS350. I called to book an oil change at PT and they told me they no longer service Lexus though I had been there before with that car. This is an oil change! I can understand it if it was a complicated problem but it's not. I see this as a corporate way to force me to the Lexus dealership and get charged $50 more for essentially the same thing. One of the worse unprofessional experience you can start 20 19 with!!!! WORST dealership experience I've ever had. The staff did not greet me at ALL and didn't not show me to a seating/waiting area. I was standing in the service garage waiting. I've NEVER had such poor service before and I've been to multiple dealerships before including Whitby Toyota, Kitchener Toyota, and Village Chrysler.
