Thank you for a positive customer service experience Ryan & Alan are very caring, respectable and ,they always act with integrity . August 15th I waited for my car to be serviced approximately 2.5 hrs, within that time Ryan Privided me an update approx. 3 or 4 times. Alan that sold me my car 5 years ago came approx . 3 times offered me a coffee . Before I left he came and ask me if I am ok and hungry. This is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I can say the best Toyota dealer in Toronto We had the best experience with the salesman and general salesmangers. No delays on time...nothing to hide straight forward Financial getting the car ready on point as it was asked and requested. I had a bad experience with the last Toyota dealer but these guys gave me a different experience. I definitely recommend them to everyone.
Excellent Customer Service. I didn't know how easy was to purchase a brand new car. I sent a request and within 24hours I received a phone call by Mark Maahre.I was very surprised that that same evening I went into the shop and a few hours later he pull up the best deal ever.The service was not only excellent but very efficient. New Car, Happy Customer I was looking for a Toyota Corolla iM 2018 and all the other dealer's website in the GTA had fluctuating prices, but the Pickering location was close to what the Toyota Canada website was offering in terms of pricing. Good Customer Experience I had a great experience with in this dealership in the past and again this time. I have been their customers since 1990s when I bought my first Carolla and now again when leased the Carrola again. This time I dealt with salesman Naveed Marasouli to help me make the right choice. I like the management approach and the great work that this dealership does for Toyota/Lexus fans.
