2016 HIGHLANDER The sales manager that I dealt with was very professional. Detailed explanations were given for every aspect of the sale and the car. I would highly recommend him to other buyers. Delivery of the car was accompanied with a thorough demonstration of the workings of the car. He suggested that I drop in anytime should I need more explanation of the electronics. Excellent Buying Experience of NEW Car This review is for purchase of new Toyota Corolla. Two words to describe entire buying experience - Satisfied Customer. I dealt with Rashed Islam. The Service department is second to none. The service I get when I bring my car in (call me by name, offer beverages and snacks) is by far what every dealership should try to strive towards. Thanks for keeping me a happy Toyota owner!:)
I had a scheduled service appointment on April 17, 2026, at 4:15 pm for my Toyota Sienna, with Mr. Rudy Ramballie assigned as the service consultant. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was directed to park my vehicle inside, first in line for service. My appointment was booked last week, the earliest you could provide was today at 9:00 a.m. After receiving a reminder and confirmation on Tuesday (See below) I arrived at 8:45 a.m. You took all my information and explained you were out of stock of the battery I wanted (84 months) however you could provide a (72 month) I greed and sat in your lobby to wait for my car. Toyota Pickering, where to start, wouldn't sell me car unless I purchased Wear Pass and Tire/Rim warranty. Mentioned to them it's illegal and its called "tied selling". They Pickering Toyota, said "sorry this is how we're going to sell the car to you and other customers haven't had a problem with this". Got a really customer service from the showroom. We were not treated well as customers.
On Nov. 25 or 26, I sent an email to Toyota Pickering asking if winter floor mats for a 2007 Matrix were available there. I received email acknowledgement of that email on the 26th. On November 28 I received an email from Andrew Kelly concerning my apparent interest in buying a vehicle, and asking questions about my potential car purchase.
