This is my 3rd purchase of a Rogue from O'regans Nissan Dartmouth and each time the service has been excellent. The sales staff have been very helpful and made the whole purchase process enjoyable. We have very specific criteria for a vehicle, as it is required to easily and safely transport our son with special needs. We looked at a variety of vehicles within our price range, mostly online, as well as test driving a couple of them. Our salesperson was patient with this process and answered our many questions, enabling us to find the right fit for our family.
Michael was very professional and pleasant to work with. Michael went over all the features with me. He synced our phones for us and told me to call and come back to go over anything else I have a problem trying to figure out. Robert was all ready for me when I went in to sign the papers. He went over everything that needed signing and made it very easy. The staff is very friendly.
Jon Pickett listened to what I wanted and did not push my into a higher priced vehicle. He had to order it in an it came the next day. There were no game and was fast and hassle free.
I purchased a 2020 Nissan Kicks that I love, Oct 01/2020. My salesman was Robert Tighe. From the start to the very end, Robert was professional and courteous, most helpful. He explained everything to me and went over all the workings of the car. I have gone back several times for Robert to explain things again.
