Terrible service department Brought my car in for a warranty issue and was told it would take a couple of hours (they had pre-inspected the vehicle earlier in the week so had ordered the parts & knew what was required). I made an appointment for 8am and was told it would certainly be ready at 11am. At 11;15 I inquired at the desk and was told the car would be about another hour! Harrassment isno way to sell a car Waj Hussain did a wonderful job at convincing me to warn everyone I know to not deal with Orangeville Nissan. Today, you lost a potential $30 000 sale due to harassment by Waj Hussain . Luckily Barrie Nissan does not deal with customers in this fashion and they got my business on a2012 370z. I left their dealership with a smile even after dumping $32000. Thank you for steering me to a much superior Nissan dealership. Worst Service Experiences I purchased a 2014 Versa Note from Nissan Orangeville last April. My salesman was Andrew McBride. Buying a car from him was an easy, friendly and all round enjoyable experience. He is very knowledgable about the vehicles he sells and always took the time to come talk to me or look at any problems I was experiencing with my Versa Note after I bought it. Terrible Experience @ Nissan Orangeville Purchased a demo Murano during the winter, which there was ice on the vehicle so we clearly could not notice any imperfection on the finish, was told it will be detailed prior to picking it up. Once we where there to pick it up we did a circle check and noticed there were tons of surface scratches, pointed it out to the salesman and said this isn't acceptable, he had the GM come out to look at it and his response word for word "what do you expect, its a demo" with paying close to $40,... read more

Getting hosed My first time in to have my snow tires looked at, they were leaking around the rim, when they were finished I get a bill for $253.00. I had an other appointment to have my other car serviced, I never went back. I will never go back again. Talk about getting hosed!

Pathetic experience- DO NOT GO We dealt with Waj Hussain (Sales rep) and Les Plant (sales manager). They did not allow us to test drive the car without first putting down offer with credit card. Waj did not honour the offer price he discussed over the phone for which we went to the dealership. Les was also very condescending and lied on multiple occasions throughout the conversation. If buyers still decide to go to this dealership, avoid atleast these 2 people.

Insulting offer These guys offered me $333 bi-weekly for 7 years for a car that cost $33,000....which means they actually tried to make me pay over $50,000 for the vehicle....I was absolutely insulted.

Since I can't remove this post. I believe it was an honest mistake when the salesperson verbally quoted me 333 bi weekly for 84 months.

Lein on Armada- Found out day of Pick Up My husband and I were looking at purchasing a used Armada from this dealership. We took it for a test drive- agreed on a trade in price for our vehicle and were ready to sign the paperwork. We then find out that there were two problems with the vehicle that they would not fix- because it was not part of safety and that it would be at our cost to fix them. Bought a new vehicle at this dealership, lots of problems and little help getting repairs done under warranty - blamed their regional rep. Rude employees at the service department counter. Never have I experienced such rude staff, they are not there to help or assist but to defend their product and blame the customer.
