I have always been greeted courteously, respectfully and professionally. The service has been quick and satisfactory. The owner, Joe, is honest and kind and has a great team working with him. Komondors to him ad his family for running this dealership effectively.
The staff at this dealership where very friendly the service staff where very friendly and seemed very true to their word. They seem to go out of their way to assist me.
We recently purchased a new vehicle from Orangeville Nissan. To be honest we were shocked when we read these reveiews? We had nothing but the best overall expeience even after servicing the vehicle that we returned and bought a used vehicle for our daughter. With out surprise we were very happy again. It's too bad people only use these forums as a way to vent and complain when they actually have to pay for something! It takes all revelance away from what could be a great tool. I urge you to focus on the ONE STAR reviews on this platform as they are a true representation of this dealership. Orangeville Nissan is a typical "wolf-in-sheep's-clothing" type dealership. I'm sure one or two of their staff members [NOT the GM or sales staff] are pleasant, but if misinformation and incompetence was an Olympic sport, these clowns would win gold every time. If you have to buy a Nissan, almost anywhere else would be better than here.
We would not return to this dealership to purchase a car. My son set up an appointment to purchase a used Nissan. He was very excited since this was his first car. We were very disappointed to find out when we got there and were told that the car was sold and then Lucas immediately tried to sell us a new car. Assuming that the car has just been sold we asked to at least get a test drive so we knew if he liked the vehicle before considering new. Be very careful when purchasing AS IS vehicles from Orangeville Nissan I buy Thousand's vehicles a year from Trade Rev and other auction I have purchase every type, year , make and model as I have 5 Dealerships Sometimes items are missed by the seller and the vehicle is arbitrated and everyone comes to a mutual deal I always give the seller the benefit of the doubt and rate them high with 5 Stars Orangeville Nissan is the first time i gave below 1 star rating as they sold me a vehicle that said AS IS " engine light on" This ... read more
Got the sale good luck to you! This dealer sold me “final coat” warranty at $1697.00 and assured me that even though I don’t live anywhere near Orangeville that it would be honoured all over Ontario. This is not the case as I finally have to use this warranty on a cracked windshield that is clearly stated is covered. So I call the dealership and ask how to make a claim and the woman on the phone tells me to go to my nearest dealer. Half-assed service and dealership One expects a higher level of service and care when you buy a car from a dealership. My experience is they could care less. I bought a used vehicle and... Oil change and warranty work I had bought the truck brand new at this dealership. This was my second oil change. When I got there I mentioned that the tire pressure monitor was not working and that it had never worked since I purchased the truck. The oil change was expensive and on top of that they charged me $50 for the reset of the TPM. You'd think the dealership would want you to keep coming back for service but after this I am NEVER going back
