Terrable service Had a appointment on July 23 at &am took it in the day before it got in on July 24 was told they could not find the problem. I when in to the service dep't and had them come out and I showed the, what it was. I was told the gears were not meshing but the could not look at it until August 2 but I had already made a appointment on July 23 to have it fixed. Still not working can't get it in 6th gear.

Dishonest at Best We went to the dealership to look at a midnight edition frontier truck which was listed as available online. When we arrived, the truck wasn't there and apparently never was. We then looked at a used frontier and we bought it as a certified pre-owned vehicle with warranty and assumed that it was in good condition and had been looked over by a professional. Disgusting experience We had concerns with their sales & leasing consultant and their sales manager. When we went to see their general manager, the general manager did not come out of his office nor let us in his office to speak to us.

Brakes Bought a 2015 pathfinder 6 months ago . Told us brakes were just done and reassured us they were just done . Second oul change later we need a whoel brake job !! 15000 kms after apparently. Im sure alot of this was due to my vulnerable wife being the one there and them taking advantage of her . Not a happy customer. Not to mention 2 hours she waited for a oil change and to change winter tires with a 3 month old baby in the waiting room . Will not he using them for service anymore or recommending them to anyone

READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My wife and I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership. We live in Barrie and travelled to Orangeville Nissan as the truck was well priced and appeared to be in good condition. The truck's check engine light however illuminated immediately upon starting the truck, which of course raised some concerns. Missed Opertunity Drove from KW to Orangeville to look at. Nissan Frontier Pro that was featured on their webpage. No such truck. Time to edit your inventory listing (two weeks later still listed) Not one person bothered to come outside to offer help. Walked over to Chevrolet dealer right beside Nissan and a sales rep appeared in three minutes. We saw a Colorado truck we liked and returned on the weekend with intentions to buy. After I drove 650 kilometers he changed his price Told the vehicle was certified, told the total price with tax, went down with cash and they upped the price because the safety which they said had been done had not been done and would cost more than they thought it would. He said the extra would be above the price he gave me. Not even a gas voucher to help with my travel time and gas and meals. Not even offered a coffee. Over promised and under delivered I bought a new Nissan Titan XD Deisel and a Murano SL in the same deal. We made our deal on the phone since I live in North Bay. As the day came to make the switch, they kept changing the deal. Now I had to take financing at 4.99% and I had to sign a form saying I would pay a hefty penalty if we paid early. Worst service ever I had a phone conversation with your Sales Rep (Waj Hussain) minutes ago. He is the rudest and unprofessional salesperson I have ever seen. Being a business owner and outside sales person, I know how to talk to customers and also get the information I need and help the customers with their decision.
