We had never been to any Open Road dealerships but saw a used vehicle online that we wanted to check out. I don’t usually comment on these things but our salesperson, Ben, was fantastic. Very low key and never pushy. He spent a lot of time with us and explained the process and was very patient. Never tried to up sell us. Will definitely return in the future especially if Ben hasn’t yet retired.
