Very dishonest rude poor service unresponsive doesn’t honour their words can’t be trusted at all
Worst experience. They won't sell car without extended warranty,which is optional.Very disappointing
I had a very bad experience with their finance team, I had to wait for my car for more than 5 months and in the end they couldn't finish their job so I had to change my plan. I will never go there as they don't want to take care of their customers. I sent an email to their top manager but no one paid attention.
I have been a long time customer and have had good service in the past, but I have recently seen the service department’s service deteriorate to very poor. For example, I have been calling the service department for over two hours now and have left two messages and still can’t get a hold of anyone. I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership from now on!
No reason to buy any extention warrenty for your car service which coast about $2800 for one service /y and still they make you some time pay for things that telling you at time this one is not included. it is not worth it.
Went to this dealership to get a quote for a new car and test drive. I had hoped they would give me a good quote but turns out they were highest. Also I got follow up emails from every dealership I went to except this one. Even after I emailed sales guy to thank him for his time, but letting him know I received lower quotes. Nothing back. They don’t care about their customers, it seems. I don’t think I’ll have the confidence in this dealership to use their service centre either.
I was charged over 150$ for oil and filter change (the Service Advisor wrote it is 4 & 6 cyl. engine inspection which I DID NOT ask for nor he offered it to me). Besides upscaling the service work and bill, my car came out of service dirty, Overall impression : NEVER AGAIN
Very disappointed with this dealership. Booked appointment for oil change and was told that still had a free one under the extended warranty on the phone but when I arrived they said is not free my warranty expired and i have to pay for it even they gave me incorrect information. Well yiu know what this will be the lastvtime i go there. They just lost a customer!!!
Jonathan ting is liar he charged me for first free oil change and first service that they give me for free when they selling the car and I confirmed with him I came for recall you contacted me and free oil change , its not good for Toyota .
