Very welcoming and friendly All employees made me feel welcomed and comfortable with asking any questions I had. Everything was quick and efficient. Extra car wash and vacuum was also included.
A great experience with Toyota port moody. I am so excited about my new car and it was very easy and straightforward with OpenRoadToyota Port Moody. Cyrus was so kind and helpful and answered all of our questions about cars! He also helped us with car accessories and initializing car release. Just as a suggestion, the financial part is better to be more clear about the bank and loan process. Overall very great experience and would definitely recommend OpenRoadToyota Port Moody to everyone.

Everything went well I was happy. I went in for an oil change, with an appointment for 9am. I was served promptly. I had a small issue regarding some rattling near the muffler. Turns out it was a loose heat shield, with rusted bolts. That was fixed, no issues. I needed new rear brakes, and they were taken care of promptly.
2016 Tacoma I went to this dealership to specifically buy this vehicle and I ended up with exactly what i wanted. The selection of pre-owned vehicles in my price range was amazing but I got the truck I came for.
Toyota Tacoma I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma in December 2019 from Joanne Goltes, and could not be happier. Joanne made the purchase easy and relaxed, didn't play games or mess us around, and make us feel confident in our choice. This was a complete opposite experience from the week before, when we visited a Toyota dealership in Vancouver and basically ran for it. Thank you Joanne!!
Yes I would highly recomend this dealership. I purchased a 2018 Tacoma. Sales manager Mr. Nik Aleksic whom I was recommended by my friend. Nik was very professional and friendly to deal with. He was very accommodating and helped me find the exact vehicle that I was looking for. All transactions went smooth without any issues. The rest of staff was friendly and welcoming.
