When I inspected the used vehicle before purchasing, the seller promised to replace all identified defects. However, not all of these defects were actually repaired.
Poor communication and questionable/non transparent pricing strategy. The salesperson put in some optional maintenance service option in the final price without asking us if we want it. We have to ask him what those are and it's only until then he explained those are optional items. He also never told us the red color will cost us extra until we see that on the invoice. !"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU WANT TO GO WITH ICBC"! I gave them my car and they didn't do anything to deal with the ICBC claim after a week. They didn't follow the online procedures to progress my claim including a picture and estimate of cost online. After a week of waiting, ICBC doesn't have any documents from them and It will take 2 to 5 business days for them to accept the repair being done.
I've been waiting for three years, while I've been waiting There was no contact, there was always the unkindness of calling.(Korean) It is a matter that must be improved.
I registered for a hybrid Rav4 in 2022 at this dealership. I was told it takes around 9 months and I deposited $1000 for registering. They did not tell me that $1000 was not mandatory. Amazingly, when you go to Pitt meadows Toyota dealership, they do not ask for any deposit at registration time. From August 2023 to today, Jun 18th, 2024, they always said you are in the top 5 list. Dishonest sales advisors. I can even attach the text screenshots of the conversations where they gave my sister misleading and false information about the car. What they told her over text did not match the carfax history and the inspection report!! Cannot believe a branded well known dealership will have shady sales agents like this.
Never had so many issues with a used vehicle. Would NOT recommend. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

Have you ever learnt that, after bringing a brand new 2023 Toyota back to the dealership to repair the "same problem" and found out, later, that the solution given from the service is, instead of fixing it, TO DISABLE that function ?
