Purchasing of new vehicle was easy. The sales person was able address all of our needs in a vehicle. Communication was decent with good response time by text.

I'm from Kamloops and ordered my new Tacoma from Obaid. He keeped me informed when the truck was to arrive. When it did I had a ride from Kamloops to the dealership when I got there everything was ready and the process was painless, (except the money part!). We leased a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid recently from this dealership. The service was excellent from everyone we worked with there in sales, finance and service, with top marks in particular to Obaid Qureshi in sales for his calm, attentive guidance through the process. Also felt very safe in terms of COVID protocols, from the test drive right through to driving off with the vehicle.
Our sales person was knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, and abided by good Covid-19 practices. Transfer of plates and insurance to our new car was seamless.
