We have been with Open Road Toyota for a number of years and cannot say enough about the staff; They are; professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with their service.
It was a long wait for a Rav4 Prime but that was worth it. Exquisite product complemented by an excellent Toyota sales team. Everyone was professional, prompt, kind and diligent. Excellent service provided by Mansour throughout the entire order to delivery date process for my vehicle. It was a long wait for the Prime - but very much appreciated the regular updates over the year. Marin was super informative and provided top notch service at delivery.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with purchasing a brand new 4Runner and a used Prius from Openroad Toyota Port Moody. From our salesman Trevor H. to the General Sales Manager Trevor S. to Linda in the finance dept & Mau (sp?) who thoroughly explained all the bells & whistles on our new truck, they were all excellent! We have now purchased 3 vehicles here & will be back for our future vehicle needs!
