Wonderful experience with a very friendly dealer. Buying the 2017 Toyota 86, they let me and my friend test drive it alone, they played no sales games with us and worked well to get us a price we all were happy with.
I'd buy there again!! The team there pays attention to the tiny details that make your journey to buying pleasant. They are knowledgeable, pleasant, welcoming and intuitive. I like the time spent condensing the 800 page manual that comes with the Prius, sufficiently so that you are safe to drive away. The Toyota certified used car has historically been a winner and today was no exception. The haggle approach didn't work but the fair market value prevailed

Excellent service just the insurance girl at the end very u professional but doesn’t belong to this dealership, that’s why my marks doesn’t go down but don’t put this girl again, she didn’t introduce herself, didn’t explain me nothing and she didn’t give the license plate to the Toyota guys to put it on, she gave it to me to put it on, bad service really for the insurance but the Toyota service the best I recommend all the time.

Buying new Toyota Corolla Hybrid We would like to stress that the “Excellent” rating we have provided is for Mansour Fazeli and the other staff at OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody. It is NOT for Toyota Canada or Toyota US/Worldwide. We had to wait 6 weeks for our vehicle because Toyota Canada could not provide the vehicle to the Port Moody sales team, even though we had ordered and paid a deposit on the car.
