Great dealership - for sales and service I bought my previous car (RAV4) here and went back to Mitch to buy my new Prius. Excellent dealership, both in Sales and in Service. We bought our RAV4 here in 2011 and we have our car serviced here since then, even though we live some 30 Km. away. The Service Adviser, Roger Peralta, is very knowledgeable and fair. We know that we are in Good Hands. We are willing to travel that extra miles for the services

Good overall service experience Ed was very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining me the required service. He checked my vehicle`s previous service records done at other dealerships to provide me additional information and built trust. He was not pushy and I felt comfortable during my service appointment.
Great service, but a bit pricey I usually go to the dealer for my service needs because the technicians know the vehicle best. I like the security of that, but I know I can get the same service performed at the big box automotive service places cheaper. But the work done at Oakville Toyota seems to be excellent and the appointment times work well for me.
Great customer service Manny was very clear in explaining what service was required by my Rav4. When we picked up our vehicle, the price quoted was the price charged. The vehicle was also delivered when promised. I would recommend Oakville Toyota for servicing your Toyota.
