Winter tire swap plus I've given a decent rating as the customer service people do the best they can. They spotted leaking acid from my battery so ended up getting a new battery hopefully saving me from breaking down in the winter. The customer service people are excellent, particularly Manny and Roger. My only concern is the pricing for tires and the swapping. Efficient and accommodating Lakshy Gupta the Sales Rep did a great job understanding my needs, and he went to his supervisors to make sure that all the extras are looked after. Mr. Emad Barsoum the Sales Manager was very helpful and was able to address my concerns and support with data to help me decide.
overall good experience Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints whatever about them. Major complaint was how busy it was and length of some waits--eg. 15 minutes standing to check my car in....for a scheduled appointment. Also a bit of a wait for a drive home. (Waiting area was crowded with people either waiting for ride or who had opted to stay there until their cars were done.) Then took longer due to how busy it was. 2017 Toyota 4Runner From start to finished I was treat with an awesome team. They made my decision to upgrade to a new car very easily. The whole process was seamless and definitely would do it again.
Fast and determined to find the car for us. Sales person understood our needs. Sales person returned our phone calls as soon as possible. Answered all questions. The customer care department was fast and courteous.
Ed’s the man! I was going to buy my winter tires elsewhere because they were cheaper but I asked Ed what he could do for me. He price matched it! The same day I saw the price match add commercial from Toyota! I was super happy as Ed and Toyota is who I trust and don’t really like going elsewhere. Ed is the man that makes it happen! Amazing Customer Service, patience and knowledge... isn’t that what we are all looking for?
Friendly and Efficient Ed is great. Always helpful and to the point. The general environment at the dealer is positive. Could improve the main reception in the showroom to attend to possible purchase of new car while waiting for service.
Great service experience. Did everything that was asked for, didn't try to push extra service and in less time than was estimated initially and included a free car wash.
