Very good service team. Good knowledge level Knowledge level is very good; as a woman I appreciate being treated respectfully- this is what I get at Oakville Toyota. I am an informed consumer and I spend hard earned money to keep my vehicles well maintained. Unfortunately not all service departments are aware that women can be just as knowledgeable as men in this department. I will keep going back to Manny and Nelson for this reason - mutual respect and great service.
Regular maintenance Service provided to my full satisfaction; clear explanation of work done to my vehicle and the longer waiting time which was required for picking it up.

Leased a new 4Runner with Omar Rayman. Great experience. Great service and quick turnaround. Omar understood what we were looking for and made the transaction easy. The receptionist at the front desk was also very friendly while we were waiting for our meeting. Overall excellent experience.
Excellent service I had an issue with my front brake. The apointment respected and issue with the car was identified and fixed within expectations while i was sitting enjoying my coffe . Thank you
Repair of mouse chewed injector wire. Took the car in the morning and were able to complete the repairs same day. Found out the wires were chewed by a rodent. The service dept, diagnosed and fixed it very quickly.
Much better this time Roger P. is your most customer service oriented advisor. He got me through in good time tho I have no appt (dead battery). Suggested cleaning throttle body. I was a bit suspicious, but I've come to trust Roger. It really sharpened the throttle response. Thanks!!
