He did a thorough job and the vehicle was returned on schedule. winter tires purchased snow tires for my 2017 4 runner and had them installed. service rep manny Skelton was very helpful and organized to have my all season tires stored with toyota avoiding the inconvenience of having to take the tires home and storing them in the garage. Suggest Toyota should advertise this service more explicily. The only negative was the wait , which was supposed to be no longer than 90 minutes and turned out to be2 and a half hours.
Excellent customer service! Nial was incredibly welcoming and his entire team treated us very well. We have visited many dealerships and some of the best service we received was at Toyota. 10/10 would recommend.
