Outstanding Service...again! Kevin Stuart consistently exceeds my expectations, always on time and no surprises. Recommends only what needs to be done. That's why my two daughters now bring their cars to Oakville Nissan as well.
Great Service Service took my info right away. Phil had me getting into the shuttle in under five min. Your technicians got to the root of the brake issue in under 45 min. Phil told me what it would cost and when it would be ready. He arranged the pickup shuttle, which was waiting outside the office door for me. Basically excellent service.
Pleasant and professional The staff was pleasant and professional including the shuttle driver. I was never made to feel like I didn't know or understand what servicing my vehicle needed.
First rate service advisers! Always receive excellent customer service at this location. Very informative and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle which is what you would hope for but seldom find in 2019! I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership but am certainly treated as if I had! Will definitely buy my next one here.

Excellent Service. I have been a regular customer of the Oakville Nissan Dealership, where I purchased my 2013 Altima. Vehicle servicing has always been A1. My scheduling was easy and efficiently handled. Service manager Kevin and his staff were always efficient and friendly. There were no surprises. The work was done on time. Oakville Nissan facility was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend everyone to service their vehicles here. .
