Oil change and tire change Entire service was done in a timely manner and the service advisor was friendly and courteous. Last time for only tire change took almost 3 hours. This time, less than 11/2 hours for more service.

Great sales and after sales service Not a lot to say except the initial sales handled by Eric Simms was professionally and fairly handled. The after sales service from Kevin and the team has been exceptional. On a humorous note I always take my dog in to the dealership with me when I go for service. She starts pacing and whining as we drive along South Service rd and is over the top welcomed by the staff.
Great service from David Mahony and Ashley deSouza David is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. knows cars in great detail and explains everything very well. Ashley is also very knowledgeable and handle the paperwork with care and expertise.
Oakville Nissan - Great Service I went to the Oakville Nissan dealership to view the new Nissan Rogue and get some information on the March special they were having for loyal Nissan customers. I walked out the same day purchasing a new Rogue. The customer service was excellent. I had my 1.75 year old grandson with me the day and everyone was very helpful in making us very comfortable and the overall experience a great one.

Detailed, On Time, for the most part Courteous, lol. Kevin and I might add, on my last visit, Jeff have been outstanding in servicing our fleet of vehicles here at Pintys. So much so that despite having other historical Brand preferences in vehicles, was moved to purchase a Rogue for my wife. Other dealerships can learn from this Only gripe is a shuttle driver who lectured me for not waiting on the curb for him to arrive and explained that I should have washed the failed battery on a fleet Pathfinder (not mine) with a bottle... read more
