Relaxed and Exciting My husband and I decided to buy ourselves a new vehicle for Christmas. We did a little research and then found ourselves stepping foot into the Oakville Nissan dealership. We were greeted by a very relaxed and knowledgeable sales girl named Melanie Lowes who listened to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions and eventually sold us our Murano. We picked it up on Christmas Eve. Best Christmas present ever!

Excellence in a Dealership We acquired our new Nissan Rogue on February 14th 2016 from Nissan in Oakville. I cannot speak highly enough of the great service we received from Paul Malysa. If we had any criticisms they would be placed here, but we have NO criticisms and would HIGHLY recommend you visit Nissan in Oakville for your next purchase.
drove an hour and a half and like a suv they had. ...but I received the worst lowball offer on my trade in's ever in my history of trading in vehicles at dealers. Just the absolute worst company ever to trade in your vehicle into. Turned me off of the SUV I was interested in and I went to Lexus Richmond hill and they give me an additional 10 grand on my trade in compared to what Nissan was offering. Just insane that two dealerships can be so different.
I had the WORST experience with a Nissan dealer. I took my Altima in for an inspection due to an engine light, and that's when the problems started. They charged me for reading the codes and for a new battery, even though they had replaced it less than two years ago and it was supposed to be under warranty. The issue wasn't resolved. My wife and I have been loyal Nissan customers for over 25 years, currently owning three Nissan vehicles. Unfortunately, our experience with Oakville Nissan has been deeply disappointing. We recently noticed peeling paint on the front bumper of our 2020 Nissan 370Z, which is still under warranty.
