If I could give them a zero I would. ..pushy, lying salesman, makes you sign a peice of paper to take to his boss to make a commitment on a vehicle, plus doesn't reveal the whole truth about accidents on the vehicle, and when they thought they would lose a sale (they did) they thought by giving me 3 free years of warrenty would be ok. They tried to force me to take a $900 catalytic protection plan by lying to me 3 times and said it was put on the truck at the factory. Also they also said that they had a truck coming in mid December and that other dealers lied and made their customers wait for months for delivery. Here we are heading in to mid January and no truck. When you question them about their dishonest sales tactics they get angary.
Not happy with Northside Toyota Done with them. ...wrecked my backup camera and radio and denied it....absolute NOT trustworthy. Very shady service advisor...doesn't even return calls or emails. Good riddance!
Had an issue with sunshade on the sun roof and was fixed under warranty, wasn’t fixed properly and taken back to repair at no charge. Less than a year later-same issue and told it was out of warranty and cost me over $3200. 8 months later exact same issue and now they want over $5000
Everything was excellent, until after the purchase. The service department destroyed the electrical system, broke the power doors, and ownership was condescending. Will never set foot in this place again.
SALES MANAGER IS A BULLY AND RUDE ,,! WENT TO COLLINGWOOD AND MENTIONED SAULT STE MARIE DEALRSHIP . HE SAID THET HEAR ALL KINDS OF BAD THINGS ABOUT THEM . TAKE MY WORD AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM .. I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH TOYOTA CANADA ....

John gave us an excellent service. He tried to get us a car that suited our budget. After spending 2 hours , test driving few cars, we decided to put offers on the table. Last part of the offer was to give us better condition tires or $1000 less on the price. John patiently tried to get us the deal approved by the General Sales Manager. However, this guy completely ruined all the time and effort. Talked to them on the phone August 4th and was told a vehicle was in stock and ready to be sold. Drove from Sudbury to Sault Ste Marie August 5th and showed up for 9am to be told they don't have the vehicle. Wasting people's time and money like this is not how you sell vehicles.
Sales manager is turning away business.. Based on web research, i singled out a used camry xle. Even though is was vastly over priced and based on market analysis, i made a respectable offer which was flately refused without so much as a counter offer. Three weeks later, the car was still on the lot. The present sales manager isn't one for negotiation so now i'm looking out of town for a camry. Too bad for you Northside.
