Great vehicle buying experience I recently purchased a Toyota from Northside Toyota from out of town. Jenn was a great help and very knowledgeable. She ran through the vehicle with me over the phone and we also viewed the vehicle together via video. The dealership went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a good one and shipped the vehicle to me. I love my Rav4 purchase and would not hesitate to purchase from this dealer in the future.
Up sell at service department Wife called in for an oil change. Staff very helpful and convinced my wife to rotate the tires and check the brakes. Oil change was needed. The tires are snow tires and we did not need rotation. The car only has 16000km in 1.5 yrs and they wanted to check the brakes not needed. Talked to the service manager and compensation was agreed upon. Watch out of the up selling
Different, but good great service, well taken care of. Awesome product, that Ryan guy even offered a hug once the deal was finalized.....and when I left. Will definitely be sticking with these guys.

Purchase of 2018 Camry Hybrid My wife and I went in simply to ask questions. She's very hard to fit, leg-wise. On long trips, she frequently gets leg cramps. Zack came and asked us if we needed help. We did. When we told him of our problem, he asked if we'd like to sit in a Camry. She said it passed her test (long story not needed here). Told me I needed a $10000 transmisssion. Went somewhere else. $250 topped up fluid fixed a pin. Works fine. They are scammers.
nice and friendly til you sign the papers, then you are useless to them-so any courtesy or decency is out the window. any issue i was left to deal with on my own, the sales team and the service department is of 0 help. once you sign and they have your money they could not care less about you and your satisfaction. avoid this toyota dealer at all costs!
