Orillio (sales dept. ) at the dealership was excellent and extremely helpful. We are very happy with the used vehicle we purchased from him. He immediately contacted us when a used Toyota vehicle arrived at the dealership that was within our price range and that was the model, trim, year, low km. and even colour, that we had told him we wanted. I was travelling from North Bay to Thunder Bay. Unfortunately ran over piece of metal and damaged tire. Called Northside Toyota and right away they fit me in. Turns out the tire had to be replaced, I was so pleased that they were able to replace not 1 but 2 tires under my extended care warranty. The entire service team was so accommodating and helpful! Excellent dealership. I drove here from Toronto to get a car. I have 50 Toyota dealerships I can buy a car from that are local, but I chose to come here due to the exceptional customer service, friendliness, patience, and willing to work with a unique customer such as myself. I picked up a 2022 Tundra Limited on Friday, July 22nd, 2022. I made the new vehicle purchase with Lee and she was very efficient and responsive to my enquiries. There was an attempt to add on an extended warranty item, but it was resolved quickly with Lee. There was a second attempt to add on this same extended warranty item when I discussed the amount due with Dale, but again it was resolved in a fairly quick fashion. My Wife and I purchased a 2021 C-HR Limited. This was the first vehicle we had ever bought without actually touching it.
