Fantastic service The service department is always friendly and happy and make my day. The service was finished on my car very quickly and was washed and ready to go for me when I arrived to pick it up.
Great Staff! After an exhaustive search for a new vehicle, and a lot of test drives, I found the Pathfinder fit my family's needs the best. Dom was a great salesman who was very patient with my many visits and was very knowledgeable about my Pathfinder. When I visited, I was introduced to the manager and the service dept, making me feel like they truly appreciate my business! I wasn't treated like I was JUST a customer, I'm part of the Nissan Family!
Awsome experience Tyson was very up beat person to deal with during and after the purchase. The service was great and got good value for my trade. I am from out of town so the dealer ship was able to handle everything in the day that I was there, so was able to take the Frontier home that same day which was Awesome. All in all a very positive experience, Great job guys.
Amazing service!!!! Visiting Prince George from Saskatchewan. My 2004 Maxima started making a noise on Sunday, the day before I was to leave. Phoned the Northland Nissan on Monday morning. They said bring it In and we will take a look at it. By noon Monday, we knew what the problem was, which wasn't anything major. The service was second to none. A big thank you to Service Advisor, Shawn Tyacke, and Parts and Service Manager, Christopher Prive, for your friendly and timely service. You rock!!!!
Good Experience Friendly, positive attitude. My car only needed an oil change, but Lisa went over the recommendations and priorities that arose as a result of the inspection. The price was acceptable and no pressure to perform additional work. AND they washed my car! Awesome.
Trading my vehicle in was easy Traded my vehicle at the Mega Sale. Chris and Shawn were very thorough with my initial contact with Nissan. Great service. Got good value for my trade in. Awesome as always! We needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle now that our family is growing and we like to go camping (you can't fit all the required camping gear in a versa along with all the required baby gear). We decided to go with a Rogue, and so far its exceeded all my expectations. My experience with Nissan is always great, they are kind and knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with finance companies and always seem to be able to jump through magical mystical hoops that show up out of nowhere. Second vehicle in a week and a better deal Traded my VW Jetta off on a 2105 Altima SL Tech instead of another Jetta. Better dealership to deal with, better trade-in allowance and the best price that I could possibly ask for. Dom was a pleasure to deal with and the product was bigger, and better than my trade-in. Not the same miles per gallon but pretty close with better amenities.
