Best customer service ever Gotta say Luca is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is honest friendly, knowledgeable and most he listens to what you say. He is a no pressure salesman who shows integrity and respectfulness of you and your needs.He made sure we were comfortable and informed in every aspect of purchasing a new vehicle from test driving to signing papers to meeting the shop personal. Quick fix, friendly people Staff seem really knowledgeable, and really personable. In my experience it tends to be that you get one or the other: Gruff but knowledgable or really friendly but ultimately 'unable to find the issue'. That this dealership has both puts me at peace when I drive my car. They also seem to not be in it for the money. Lucas Cyr: The Man of the Hour! I am a car trading hobbyist and have worked with many, many sales people over the years. Lucas has been the best that I have worked with so far. He is courteous, prompt and easy to work with. I would deal with Lucas and Northland Nissan again anytime.
Great in person service The service department customer service is amazing when you're at the dealership. However, it is often very hard to get a hold of them. For my most recent service I was able to book an appointment, but when I phoned to see if I could change the time, no one answered the phone the two times I phoned. Great overall experience! I hadn't purchased a new vehicle in over 7 years, and wasn't looking forward to the process. I had seen several Rogue Nissans on the highway and liked the styling. My trip to Prince George that day included s everal dealerships and test drives. The Rogue was the clear winner1. Tyson was professional, direct and a gentleman. Overall a painless experience!
Nissan pathfinder 2015 white platinum Dealth with Tyson and he went above and beyond to get me my vehicle at the the specs I wanted and the right price. Was dealing with another dealership that told me several times that my colour was not available in the market place. So I decided to call Northland by chance and I am glad I did. Purchased went smooth and they got me the car and made effort even though the distance was far away. At the date of pickup Ty went through the car top to bottom so I was familiar with it.
Will continue to buy Nissan vehicles due to Tyson. Tyson is the reason I'm a repeat customer. He was kind, organized, efficient and took the time to address my preferences and any concerns I had.
