YAY!! Even considering purchasing my first new vehicle was overwhelming. Once I had narrowed down my top few vehicles, I decided to take out my last choice on a test drive first. Great Service I brought in my Nissan for and engine light concern. Lisa was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. they had my vehicle fixed in the same day at no cost to me. They even took the time to wash my car, which was a real surprise, I would recommend the service department to all my friends and family. Great job Lisa!!!!!
Shawn Tyacke Shawn Jr Tyacke was not only easy to talk to.... He saw me come through the door and immediately started talking to me. He told me what the dealership was going to do for me and then made sure all the information in the computer was up to date. My vehicle was serviced and washed within 2 hours and When I returned, Shawn went through the paperwork with me to ensure I knew what they had done.... Great Service After a bad experience at a different dealership, not same make of vehicle, I ran into the Northland Nissan during a huge rain storm and told them I just wanted to take the vehicle for a quick test drive. I had done my research so just wanted to go for a quick drive to make sure I was making the best decision for my family. 16 km maintenance service Very pleasant time spent waiting. I asked for a quote for tires and rims and received it timely and they stated they would price match, which I appreciated.
Service Dept I needed a block heater put in my daughters pathfinder. It was going to cost over $500 and Shawn Tyacke Jr talked to the mechanic and they were able to do it for under $400. Shawn was an awesome guy to deal with. Kelowna Nissan wouldn't do it and it wasn't a problem here in Prince George.
