Arrived early and went for coffee (lots of construction between Callander and North Bay). When I returned, the car was ready...ahead of my scheduled time!! Very pleased with that! Lynn was very knowledgeable and liked her. Good service and friendly people. Thanks everyone!!

Excellent, efficient service Brought my Corolla in for a recall issue and was greeted by very friendly staff. The appointment was right on time and the repair was completed expediently. The dealership was very clean and had appropriate, clear signage to deal with Covid issues. Keep up the great work!

Very Satisfied! We really enjoyed our service from Roberto from the very beginning. He is very attentive to details and responds to emails and voicemails quickly. We shopped around to find the vehicle we were looking for and we can honestly say that we did not always receive this great service at other Toyota dealerships. Bought a truck Got tires and rims, Pointed out there is a tear in the stearing wheel. A new one has been ordered. I am disappointed with the step runnning boards they are too close to the floor of the truck, I would like them to be 3 or 4 inches lower. Also there are no mud flaps on the truck. I would have though they would be standard issue. So I am going to request lowering the running boards and installing mud flaps when stearing wheel is replaced.
