Required brake work and would have been without my Camry XSE, but they allowed me to leave it and fit me in! Good Service Visit!
Very courteous, friendly, entire facility is clean and bright, courtesy driver prompt and friendly, salesman Roberto even recognized me with a mask on and made it a point to come over and talk to me, North Bay Toyota is a big reason so many people drive Toyota
Although I had to return several times, the outcome was satisfactory and service was fantastic. My service as covered under warranty which was why I had to return. I was happy with the service.

Fantastic service all around! From sales to service to reception. So many dealerships forget who you are once they've sold you their vehicle but not North Bay Toyota! They always make you feel like a valued customer. We will definately be going there for our next vehicle.
The service was great. However, this was the first time The service was great. However, this was the first time in twenty years that my vehicle was not washed before it was returned to me.
Left tail light dim firstbday bought car...3rd visit to Toyota they changed it ...still dimmer than other side...getting impatient...need it to be fixed.
